Log in to save this to your schedule, view media, leave feedback and see who's attending!

If a team says they are following Kanban and lean principles, how can they show it? This experience report gives an overview of Kanban core principles and shows how to use and interpret metrics on scatter charts, cumulative flow diagrams, flow efficiency and other Kanban-based charts and reports. By focusing on a small set of key Kanban based behaviors, team productivity can improve.

At the conclusion of this session, participants will be able to:
(1) explain how to diagnose team behaviors using Kanban metrics and analyze behaviors using story decomposition, story dependencies, blocking, and  story movement processes on Kanban charts;
(2) define Kanban core principles as well as a process improvement framework for influencing team behaviors.
