Log in to save this to your schedule, view media, leave feedback and see who's attending!

Using the waterfall method of project management, a medium-sized IT project had spent two years and half of its budget but had completed less than a third of the required scope. This presentation covers the steps taken to complete the project on time, on budget, and within a realistic scope by transitioning to agile project management. It will cover technical, leadership, and strategic techniques to transition a failed waterfall project into agile.

At the conclusion of this session, participants will be able to:
(1) apply practical techniques to transition a project from waterfall to agile;
(2) apply practical techniques to ensure agile project delivery is successful.
