In the oil and gas industry, project sizes and costs have increased, making mega-projects the new normal. This presentation will investigate and review the intricate world of interdependence and cover its influence on complex projects, including mega-projects such as petrochemical integration and crude to chemicals conversion. We will highlight different perspectives on dealing with today’s project environment involving interdependencies.

At the conclusion of this session, participants will be able to:
(1) identify the various interdependencies present in the execution of projects;
(2) formulate a strategy at an early stage to handle the challenges related with these interdependencies.
