Today’s marketplace is extremely competitive and fast paced, due to ever-changing technological, political, economic, and regulatory environments along with ever-increasing customer expectations. A majority of the executives will admit “my organization can be a potential candidate for transformation.” Transformation does not have to only be about workforce reduction. Rather, it should focus on resource optimization, strategically adopting new ways of operating to gain efficiency, and meeting the needs of customers in a digital era.

At the conclusion of this session, participants will be able to:
(1) define the outcomes of an organization’s transformation;
(2) identify the key elements of transformation and a high level execution plan.
