Log in to save this to your schedule, view media, leave feedback and see who's attending!

You can view a session preview HERE.

A successful project team requires a great coach and players. Discover the learnings from three of the greatest coaches in the game of basketball - John Wooden, Phil Jackson, and Pat Summitt - and how they created teams of champions. Share your experience of how you’ve responded to team challenges with your peers, and we’ll then compare it to the research found in an extensive study of these coaches. Sports enthusiast or not, you will gain winning team strategies.

At the conclusion of this session, participants will be able to:
(1) explain how to create a self-organizing team and use the talents of the team to help project teams become better;
(2) describe team techniques to deal with large egos, withheld information, dysfunction and reducing burnout on project teams.
