#324 Disciplined Decision Making: Experiences in Using the Ethical Decision Making Framework

Log in to save this to your schedule and see who's attending!

The purpose of this presentation is to provide practical experiences from using the PMI Ethical Decision Making Framework (EDMF) in a graduate-level project management course that included an emphasis on ethical decision making. This tool was developed by the PMI Ethics Member Advisory Group (EMAG), which acts as a product leader in creating tools and techniques to facilitate meeting the expectations of the PMI Code of Ethics and Professional Conduct.

At the conclusion of this session, participants will be able to:
(1) explain the use of the Ethical Decision Making Framework (EDMF) as a structured decision-making tool;
(2) recognize the value of the EDMF as a tool for complex decisions, whether based on an ethical dilemma or not;
(3) summarize tool improvement and applicability recommendations.
