#351 Yes, You Can Use Visual Requirement Models on Agile Projects

Log in to save this to your schedule, view media, leave feedback and see who's attending!

On agile projects, we favor individuals and interactions over processes and tools. So that means we don’t need to do any analysis…right? Wrong! Of course we need to do analysis. And one of the tools in a business analyst’s toolbox is visual requirement models. With the rapid delivery and iterative nature of agile projects, delivering hundreds or thousands of user stories alone is dangerous because it is impossible to ensure they are complete and correct.

At the conclusion of this session, participants will be able to:
(1) describe business processes and user interface screens to define requirements;
(2) use a requirement mapping matrix to identify missing requirements, ensure coverage, and cut requirements from scope.
