#424 Leveraging Business Objectives to Deliver Great Agile Projects

Log in to save this to your schedule, view media, leave feedback and see who's attending!

Business objectives are the measurable results a business desires to achieve when executing an agile project. They can be used to ensure that everything developed in the project contributes to the desired measurable business value, and to help prioritize the backlog. This presentation will help business analysts develop good business objectives, and to derive epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria from them, while learning how to apply them to control project scope and prioritize the backlog.

At the conclusion of this session, participants will be able to:
(1) describe how business objectives are vital to businesses;
(2) discuss how to elicit and write good business objectives and to use them to assess the need for product features.
