#411 Putting Customers at the Center of Your Projects

Log in to save this to your schedule, view media, leave feedback and see who's attending!

Companies like to say that they are building products or services that are desired by their customers. However, as project managers, we know a dirty secret—our projects frequently miss the mark on delivering value to our customers. Join this session to learn how to position your customers at the center of projects. We will present customer-centric tools and methods borrowed from design thinking and Lean Six Sigma and engage participants with hands-on exercises.

At the conclusion of this session, participants will be able to:
(1) describe the benefits of tools leveraged from other project methodologies to make your projects more customer-centric;
(2) demonstrate the value that design thinking and Lean Six Sigma principles can bring in adding to your professional value proposition.
