This is a skill-building session where participants will address an area many struggle with: resistance and fear. By addressing stakeholder analysis, engagement, and a better understanding of stakeholder expectations, this session will offer strategies to address stakeholder resistance based on fear of change. Using consultative project manager practices, this session will examine how to determine stakeholder feelings and identity, which may affect their expectations and actions within the project.
