In this presentation, we will look at how organizations and project managers, in particular, can learn and adapt to ever-changing technology evolution and still be able to drive positive growth in their business portfolio.

At the conclusion of this session, participants will be able to:
(1) explain the limitations for a project manager with changing technology and recommend disruptive project management techniques;
(2) describe how existing project management techniques can be modified to suit organizational needs.
