We are coming into a new age of construction and technology integration, where project managers are expected to deliver complex technology solutions as part of traditional construction projects. Aligning technology and construction requires project managers to bridge practices and deliverables in order to deliver success from planning to owner acceptance.

At the conclusion of this session, participants will be able to:
(1) discuss the impact when implementation gaps occur between construction and technology;
(2) bridging the two disciplines, develop tools and project management knowledge to increase effectiveness based on research and construction case studies.
