#435 Project Selection Process – Aligning Healthcare Business Demands With Organizational Strategy

Log in to save this to your schedule, view media, leave feedback and see who's attending!

The healthcare industry is a late adopter when it comes to standardized project management. Project waste accumulates and contributes to an increasing project backlog. This presentation provides a discussion on a project-prioritization process that supports the alignment of business unit project requests with the strategic plan of a healthcare organization. It will focus on making sure the organization is doing the right work in the right priority.

At the conclusion of this session, participants will be able to:
(1) apply an enterprise-wide discipline to manage all aspects of the project selection process from request to scoring;
(2) discuss how to ensure that the project aligns with organizational strategy and returns the highest value to the organization.
