Flexible leaders can be effective leaders via Senn-Delaney's behavioral styles. Understand your behavioral styles and the style of others to manage your work-life and home life. Join the presenter as she journeys with you to better understand your leadership style and the behavioral styles of others. The model is based on four style types: controller, analyzer, promoter, and supporter. Work on your style observation as well as understand how you wish to interact with others.

At the conclusion of this workshop, participants will be able to:
(1) identify their leader and behavioral style and recognize the behavioral styles of others;
(2) analyze different communication styles in order to be a more effective leader.
