#440 Decision Ninja – Why Making Bad Decisions Matters

Log in to save this to your schedule, view media, leave feedback and see who's attending!

Humans managed to take control of the planet without claws and sharp teeth. They have something more: the ability to make decisions in a complex environment. Ninja-master this ability to make the right decision under pressure. Everyone else makes bad ones. Stupid decisions are everywhere—they happen so often in projects that we can sometimes wonder how we manage to finish them. Now is the time to understand why we make so many bad decisions.

At the conclusion of this workshop, participants will be able to:
(1) describe the various dysfunctions of the human brain;
(2) identify practical solutions to make the right decisions.
