Log in to save this to your schedule, view media, leave feedback and see who's attending!

This presentation will elaborate on a recent experience around setting up and implementing program governance for concurrent, inter-linked programs within Mayo Clinic's IT Department. It will address the factors that influenced the model and structure and its relationship with the various enterprise portfolios, and will provide the audience with insight into key learning points.

At the conclusion of this session, participants will be able to:
(1) identify early planning guidelines for robust and optimal governance for multiple inter-linked programs;
(2) describe key roles in the governance model for program and project success.
