In this presentation, we will introduce our Lean Project Portfolio Management method and our cloud portfolio management software, Meisterplan. Our tool complements our Lean PPM method by giving you a real-time view of your portfolio, resource allocations and capacity. It enables you to prioritize and schedule multiple projects, maximize resource utilization, and fully prepare for changes to the portfolio. With Lean PPM and Meisterplan, you will create a realistic portfolio that really works.
