**An encore of this presentation is available on Monday, 8 October at 8:30 a.m. (Session #505).

We often have very gifted and skilled individuals working with us to manage projects and facilitate change within organizations. However, teams as a whole may find it difficult to maintain focus and high productivity. An often overlooked reason for this inefficiency is the difference in how individuals perceive problems and choose to work with the current structure to solve them. This interactive session introduces a practical framework and psychometric instrument for identifying and managing these differences.
