Tough choices abound technology options, balancing stakeholder expectations, ensuring ethical behavior, etc. Even the best project managers can make terrible decisions, leading to disastrous results to the individual, the project, and the performing organization. This highly interactive workshop will guide participants to appraise various DMFs and apply two proven techniques to three typically challenging project situations. Audience Level: Applied - Focus on understanding existing knowledge; appropriate for those interested in using content in practical applications to master concepts.
