As a project manager, you know how to control a project, remove uncertainty, and maximize your chance of success. While many people equate "project management" with work projects, you know your discipline can be applied to so many more things, including your health and fitness training. In this session, we’ll look at seven simple project management principles and use them to guide and help you set clear achievable health and fitness goals, a plan on how to get there or how to measure progress.
