Christopher La Rocca is a senior principal consultant with NTT Data Services, actively implementing telebehavioral technology among health providers in New York state. He is triple certified as a PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP)®, Project Management Professional (PMP)®, and a Program Management Professional (PgMP)® with expertise in breakthrough benefits. He has over 16 years of experience managing IT projects in telehealth, provider revenue cycle management, data warehousing, and business intelligence in private and public sectors.

He holds a master’s degree in information technology,  and promotes agile methodologies as a Stanford Certified Project Manager and Certified Scrum Master. Mr. La Rocca enabled his teams to land US$720,000 in a telemedicine federal grant funding to advance telebehavioral health policies, establish a medical college partnership, and equip numerous medical sites to deliver telebehavioral health services to patients across New York state. He is chapter programs director of the PMI Upstate New York Chapter, and served as a final exposure draft reviewer of PMI’s “The Standard for Program Management – Fourth Edition.” He is an adoptive parent and volunteers often in the capital district.
