Diana Hong is a managing director in the strategic communication practice at CRA. She advises organizations on effective employee and change communication, with emphasis on virtual teams, social media, project management, financial operations, corporate performance, and business technology. Her recent clients include Morgan Stanley, American Water, FMC, PAREXEL, Catholic Health Initiatives, The World Bank Group, Merck KGaA, and Marriott International. She is fluent in Spanish and Korean.

From her previous work in corporate finance and mutual fund operations at the Vanguard Group, Ms. Hong is experienced in the DMAIC and Six Sigma process improvement methodology. She holds a master’s degree in information science from Pennsylvania State University, and is familiar with agile, waterfall, and hybrid approaches to software development.

Ms. Hong graduated from the University of Pennsylvania with a bachelor’s degree in international studies, and a bachelor’s degree in economics from the Wharton School. Her academic focus areas were Latin American economic history, international finance, and monetary policy, which she continued with research on multinational corporations, Argentine health care financing, and South American municipal participatory budget systems while working with the State Department.
