With more than 30 years of experience in IT and organizational projects, Mr. Jesús Poza, PMP exMBA, TOGAF9© is a senior project management professional who has worked in different sectors such as energy, pharma, university, consulting IT services, etc., and different environments: public sector, private, and multinational.

He has managed complex IT projects, and he has participated as an enterprise architecture expert in projects related with organizational models, process modeling, outsourcing models, PMO definitions, business changes, etc.

In 2003 he co-founded astanaPM (www.astana.es), a consulting company specialized in project management and IT governance. Since then, Mr. Poza has performed consulting activities in local and multinational companies. Most of the project consisted in PMO implantations, PM methodologies, business process and models and IT governance.

Mr. Poza is an expert in modeling, from business process to systems and data modeling, applying ADM TOGAF methods and software engineering methods.

Since 2013, he combines his consultant activity with collaborations as associate professor in various Universities in Spain, teaching project management, software engineering, data modeling and business capabilities to under- and post-graduate students. As part of his academic activity, he participates in the knowledge reuse research group of the Universidad Carlos III de Madrid.
