Melissa Raffel is a volunteer services specialist with PMI. She is responsible for volunteer recognition programs, development of PMI's volunteer policies and procedures, and volunteer satisfaction. Additionally, she works closely with PMI's Volunteer Engagement Liaison Program and is responsible for volunteer service excellence training for staff. Melissa has nearly 20 years of experience in nonprofit management and volunteer engagement. She holds a B.A. from Russell Sage College and an M.S. from Drexel University.
