Rob is currently a delivery lead for World Wide Technology - Asynchrony Labs, providing a layer of best-practice project management around engaged agile teams of software and mobile application developers to deliver valuable outcomes to customers.  Throughout his 19-year career, he has had the pleasure to serve engineers, developers, and architects in both plan-driven and agile projects.  He is passionate about building strong teams and helping them grow so that together they can achieve amazing results.  Over the years he has learned what it takes to build high-performing teams, both collocated and distributed, and worked in organizations resistant to project management practices.  Despite this, he has repeatedly delivered value.

Rob also recently completed a 4-year term as vice president of membership for the PMI Metropolitan St. Louis chapter.  During his tenure, the chapter experienced unprecedented 22% membership growth and received PMI awards 3 years in a row.  He is a Project Management Professional (PMP)® certification holder, a PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP)®, a Certified Scrum Master, and has an ITIL v3 certification.  He earned his bachelor’s degree in computer information systems and a master’s degree in information technology management.
